¡Queridos amigos jugones!
Por fin podemos confirmar que el MeetingGames 2011 se celebrará los días 16, 17 y18 de Septiembre en la Casa de la Marquesa de Campano.
El año pasado fuimos 36 participantes, además de algún que otro visitante, pero este año prevemos que más amigos nos acompañen, así que hemos negociado con Campano una casa más para alojar a los que no quepan en la Casa de la Marquesa.
Las condiciones serán prácticamente las mismas que el año pasado. Estamos calculando los precios que oscilarán entre 55 y 60 € por persona, pero aun nos queda determinar el precio exacto según el número de jugones que seamos en total (nunca superior a 60€).
El precio incluye:
- Alojamiento dos noches
- Desayuno, almuerzo y cena del Sábado
- Desayuno y almuerzo del Domingo
- Surtido de chuches, aperitivos y bebidas (refrescos y cervezas)
Para que el MeetingGames se celebre de nuevo es necesario que al menos seamos 30 personas para ocupar la Casa de la Marquesa. Así, vamos a hacer un preorder (reserva) hasta el *día 28 de agosto* para confirmar que seamos ese mínimo de jugones. Como el año pasado, si el día 28 no llegamos a 30 personas, no podremos celebrar el MeetingGames. Una vez confirmado que habrá MeetingGames, podrán apuntarse todos los que quieran, hasta un tope de 50 personas.
Entonces, tan solo os queda dar el paso y decir ¡sí!, y apuntaros al preorder (reserva) enviandonos un correo electrónico a una de estas dos direcciones:

Recordar que el año pasado lo pasamos genial, que jugamos mucho, tanto en inglés como en español, que convivimos 36 personas desconocidas de una forma admirable, que nos reímos muchísimos y que la Marquesa nos espera... Podemos volver a vivir esta experiencia de nuevo. Además, algo importante es que seguramente sea el último año que lo celebremos en la Casa de la Marquesa. Van a realizar unas obras para convertirla en un hotelito de lujo, así que ¡hay que aprovechar esta última oportunidad!

ResponderEliminarWe can finally confirm that Meeting Games 2011 will take place the 16,17 and 18 of September in ‘Casa de la Marquesa de Campano’.
Last year there were 36 participants, and in addition there were others visiting, but this year we predict that more friends will join in and so we have negotiated another house for those who don’t fit into la Casa de la Marquesa.
The Conditions will be practically the same as last year. We have calculated that the price will be between 55 and 60 euros per person, though we can’t confirm the exact figure until we know how many people there will be in total (definitely no more than 60e).
The price includes:
Accomodation for 2 nights.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday
Breakfast and lunch on Sunday
Assortment of sweets and snacks and drinks (soft drinks and beer)
For the Meeting Games to take place we need at least 30 participants to occupy the house. So we are going to make a (pre) reservation and we need to know by the 28 August that there will be at least 30 participants. Like last year if by the 28 there are less than 30 people confirmed the event cannot take place. Once the reservation has been made any additional people can join, up to a maximum of 50 people.
So you only have to make the small step and say yes! And make a request to reserve a place and send an email to the following addresses:

Remember how last year we had a great time, playing lots of games, as much in English as in Spanish, 36 strangers getting on well and having a laugh. We can live this experience again. Also something else important is this will be the last chance this event can take place in la Casa de Marquesa. Work is going to be done on it to convert it into a luxury hotel, so we have to make the most of this unique opportunity!
